Well, we thought we were going to have to forfeit due to one of our regulars not showing without any notice, which is very unusual. Due to work and other related things, a few of our other guys weren't able to make it so we had 6 of our guys ready to go 15 minutes prior to the match with no strat on pipezone. Boo got in touch with his former lover Mr Rage and discussed switching maps and Rage was cool with that. Lucky us. They suggested openfire_lowgrens and we agreed. Pretty evenly matched then since it is the most whored map in TFC history.
Rd1 We start out 4-1 and they rally to 4-3 and it teeters back and forth from a 3 cap lead to 2, to 1, to 2, and so on. O vs o was kind of heavy on both sides. Not really sure who started it, but we took advantage of it because we rarely o vs o in TFL. Anyways, our defense finally locked it down towards the end and we end up with a 10second last cap thanks to blz and the round ends in our favor by 5.
Half-Time
I am aware from Boo that Mr Rage is disputing ming for .dll which kind of angers me, but what can I do? I accept it and we play round2.
Round 2: We start out capping again and get out to a 2 cap lead and cid goes apeshit and starts llama-ing up the whole map playing bridge d which brings them to play bridge d and the whole round turns basically into a pub. I also got sniped about 6 times or so. We had fun and we will see you guys next week in STA with no o vs o and on canalzone2 for the Title. GL HF nLv!
