After reforming (they disbanded months before this on a match vs us on darkness), we played them again, same map, and again they disbanded after.

Swifty! YOU HAVE NOT PERISHED IN VAIN!!!
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Interesting coincidence time: This is in fact the second time that TDA has played eO, the first being the last match that eO had before they retired ? and both matches were played on Darkness.
Round 1: [TDA]Grounds of PLEZ LET ME CONC!
We had scrimmaged eO a week before, so we knew they would be a challenge ? especially since most of my O, (and clan I think?) HATES Darkness. We also had a pre-match scrim with *E*, in which they whomped on us like usual. (Interestingly enough though, we have won almost every match in which we scrimmed with *E* before?) This round started quickly, (as all pre-match incompatible maps do?on a side note?how many other ?league-standard? maps have this problem?) Our fatties were a bit pokier than eOs, and we took down our barrier about 4 seconds after they did. Unfortunately for us, our O and D were pretty uncoordinated at the start of this round. Our D did their best, however eOs determined O pulled out a number of flags. Things were no better for our O ? we were blasted to bits whenever we got anywhere near eOs flag. After a while however, (with the help of my AC/DC and Mr. Virus of luck) we managed to find some holes in eOs (very tight) D. Also luckily, our D expunged most of their confusion and retarded eOs O. Hell I thought it was supremely propitious that our RW channel actually WORKED for a change.
Scores: 22 TDA, 14 eO
Round 2: eO server
We were (or at least I was) worried coming into this round because despite the fact that we had won the last round, this round would be played on eOs server, where we would NOT have the ping advantage. So I decided to do a little ritual to ensure our victory. The last time we played eO, the only way we came out victorious was by calling on the dark powers that are inherent in the map DARKNESS. (I mean hell, someone had to be sadistic to design this map) Alas, I had a problem. As everybody knows, dark rituals are most potent when the sacrifice is a Virgin. Last match with eO I sacrificed Swifty, and I can?t exactly sacrifice somebody twice. So I was only left with my O guys. Lose was straight out, since he himself admitted he was the TFC community?s ?bicycle?. AC/DC had (has) a girlfriend, so I wasn?t going to take that risk. We all know that everybody ?Loves? Pigeons, so he was no good as well. I couldn?t exactly sacrifice myself, so I unfortunately had to give up the whole idea. I settled for sacrificing a few goats (virgins I assume, unless some sick bastard has been sneaking into my backyard?) to the Lag Gods. When we joined eOs server, I knew that my work had paid off. I, along with AC/DC and Lose, had a fun time HH concing back and forth over the annoyingly tall center divider. After one false restart we got underway. Once again, our HWs were slower than eOs (Deathmark killing himself for no discernable reason did not help) and brought down the barriers about 5 seconds after eO. Our D put out a much better showing this round, and held eO to 6 points for most of the round. Our O also struggled with an even tougher eO D. At near the middle point of the match, eOs yard HW (Zerosouls) was kicked by pb for ?no pb client? (which I?m sure he was running). Our O enjoyed the respite and put on the pressure. Right near the end of the match, I glanced up and saw a red dot tracking me. I froze in terror, and the eO sniper capitalized by suicide-grening me.
Scores: 20 TDA, 8 eO
Final Scores: 42 TDA, 22 eO
Fun game eO! I derived as much enjoyment as possible from this god-forsaken map.
