Tempest_r2?hmmm?If I remember correctly (this coming from a guy who would forget his own name if he didn?t write it down all the damn time) the last time we played it was against?404! It was a good game then, and it was a good game today.
Round 1: |404| Server
Before the match, we found out that Pigeons was pinging poorly to most every server, so we were afraid that subbing him out was the only proper course of action. Fortunately, when we piled on 404?s server, he had a steady 90-100 ping. The match started with me busting out a scout rush through the water. I sprinted past the HW, but was mowed down by an sg. After that, we switched to the patented ?Grab-Ass? technique ? Mr.Virus went O HW, and I went medic. I stuck my medpack up his ass, and we merrily swam through the water. A number of times we broke through, and Mr. Virus suicided on the sg while I (or another O) grabbed the flag. Pigeons was playing ownage spy, and Lose was?dare I say it?an LPB Medic. Yes, this was his first match with a Cable modem, and he didn?t disappoint While our O went to work, 404?s O did as well. Our D was hit hard, and 404 capped a number of times, but our D held them off very well on this O happy map.

Round 2: |404| Server
Due to our clans spiffy pings, we decided to play this round on |404|?s server as well. During prematch, our wonderful server op (Broadbandgeek we love you!) accidentally closed bcom. Now this wasn?t really a problem, since we had plenty of time to get back onto it. Mr. Virus however, had decided to leave his computer, and do god knows what during prematch (ok so he was probably wacking it?he did spend most of the day with his ?lady?/Serving Wench, err friend). When the match started we were all screaming for him to rejoin it ? and he was completely oblivious. After a few minutes, Virus finally got the message and left the server to rejoin bcom. Because of this, our O was a bit slow in getting started, however we soon started to bring out the flags. |404|?s O also went to work, bringing out the flags from our base. |404|?s Iceman lent his magical HW talents to the back water entrance, and our ?HW with a medic up his ass? runs were not nearly as successful as first round. He managed to kill both Virus and myself, even with me pumping up Virus. Our D tried a different setup than last round, and it did not work as well as it was hoped. |404| did some mad spy work, and brought our sgs crashing down. Speaking of spys, my brain decided to go into llama mode this round. I had just finished healing a teammate, and I was running across the bridge with my medpack out. I saw an enemy spy, and without even thinking, my brain went into infect mode. Then later, I was going up our lift and a saw an engy just standing there, I thought maybe he was defending it (since I saw a lot of 404?s guys go down this way). I started to run past him, but I thought it would be nice to heal him. As I whipped out my pack, I thought it was odd that he had his railgun out. Then I thought it was even weirder when he grunted in pain. Ooops?I had infected the spy again. Later on in the round he backstabbed my ass (not that I didn?t deserve it.) Near the middle 404 pulled ahead, and they maintained a lead for the rest of the round.
